I have been scammed by this company and want to initiate a class action suit against them. Anyone there want to join?

I am trying to help my 80 yrs. old friend. She received this package in the mail (no signature required) wanting info on all her personal banking, assets, etc. In 2005, Her son/daughter-in-law, while she was ill, used her CCards with her approval to purchase things, gas, food, clothes for her, and helped themselfs to other things, gas grills, computers, gas mower, etc etc. So that she wouldn't see the dept they acquired they "faked" and called the CCards and had some addresses moved to their address. She has judgements from probably 5 companies against her.

Does anyone know if California payday loan laws supercede fees on payday loans originating from outside California?

I have the following student loans: Federal $5,750 (6% interest) Private Sallie Mae $50,000 (3 different accounts where I'm the cosigner, main person, and one my mom got on her own but it was for me). (11% interest) Chase $9,000 ( 8% interest) Suntrust $7,500 (8% interest) I'll begin to receive bills from these companies between November and December. I already know that I will not be able to pay the monthly payments...due to the Sallie Mae loan bill which is a little over $600/mo. I'm trying to figure out what I should do before the bills start coming in. Do I have any options?

I today got refusal from the CFSA-member store to enroll me into the EPP plan (I can on time - one day before I am due) Now what I do? I want to do right steps. I think they are breaking rules of CFSA. Any advice?

Hello, i have a few questions i hope some one can answer them . I have several payday loans that i have paid faithfully for 2 years maybe 3 just the interest. My whole entire paycheck goes to my the fees and have nothing left . I am without groceries sometimes , behind on utilities , car pymnt. No clothes for my kids etc. The list goes on. I cannot go futher like this it will ruin us financially i really dont want to file bankruptcy but i see no way out but to default on my loans i feel bad but i dont know what else to do.

I filed chapter 7 and was discharged in april 2008. I have a debt that was not included in the Chapter 7 and now being threatened with a garnishment. can I file this under my discharged Chapter 7 now or do I have to pay it?
