I thought I had these under control, paying them each week and trying to take the amount down by $25.00 each week. But now I am pregnant and am only getting 10-15 hours a week at my job and cannot pay these off. I need to know what to do. Any advice has to be helpful at this point.

if you chose debt consolidation to get out of debt how does this affect credit score.

I have been an honest customer of the searsstore card for 12yrs. I now have a catastrophic illness, oop's 'citi bank' ownes it, after years of good talk to a lot of sears people 'the store' i am now faced with 'citi bank'; on the case!, i want to lower my % rate on i owe,i had always asked 'searsstore' for this ,'can you lower my interest ?, 'we cant were not a bank', now we are one!, watch the intrest %rate rise 'oh! Moneymaker 'rise' what we had ounce is gone! Sears and robuck neever looked so bad in monoply! What to o, no time left to think.

Because of some really bad PDLs my account is over drawn over $1000.00. How do I even begin to pay this back. I have an account with a different bank where my paycheck goes but its going to take me many months to pay it back. Do I just call the bank and ask them about a payment plan. I have no idea where to start. Do I go with a debt management plan. Please help. The account retention department called me today and I have to call them back. I am very nervous.

A Writ of garnishment was issued on my bank account. The bank took all that was in there ~300.00. The total amount due is ~$2800. Will more money be garnished if I make a deposit? The bank said no.

does anybody have anything positive about PDL or are all the companies jerks? i took three: fastandreliable one click cash loan shop i should have fastandreliable paid off by the end of this month. is everyone saying they keep coming back to haunt you? please let me know

I am currently with Take Charge America for debt consolidation but they don't handle PDL's. Does anyone know of a consolidation company that does handle PDL's? And how difficult is it to switch companies? Or is that not recommended?
