How do u deal with payday loans?

I have a question. I have a $500 pdl from Iadvancecash. Every payment i make, they charge an additional $150. I live in Illinois, and they are in Delaware. Is this legal? PLEASE HELP!!

I have two internet PDL and I am in SC. I need to get a grip on these they can spin out of control so fast. My last two payments have been returned due to insufficient funds. By the time my paycheck gets direct deposited my overdrafts have sucked up the whole check leaving me with no loans paid and no money to pay bills. here are the companies I am dealing with: Pay day loan yes-Loan 250.00-Paid 150.00 Paydaymax-Loan 400 -paid 312.00 owe-$753.00 What can I Do?

if you are not behind on your payments can I still qualify for the debt settlement (ds) program?

Can anyone recommend a debt settlement company for new jersey that they have used and is legit?

I just got this email from BIG which i sent a complaint to all places as well as sending an email to them.

I have a loan with cashnetusa for 1500. I have refinanced twice paying about $682 in fees. I called them to set up a EPP. They refused to work with me. They said they do not offer an EPP. I called again and got someone else that said they would set up a EPP but for only two payments of $907. I asked them if they could extend it to three equal payments and they refused because I get paid once a month. So basically, I am posting on the forum because I am confused. I thought that they could set up EPP into 4 payments.
