I currently have five payday loans, I was down to four, but keep having to take out one to pay one. I don't want to involve a pdl assistance program if it is something !. I live in Delaware and the loans are cashnet.usa - 500.00 oneclickcash - 300.00 eastside lenders - 400 gecc - 400.00 little loan shop - 400.00 I have put this off to long, it is time for me to be proactive, any advice on how to even start the process of getting out from under would be appreciated!!

HI I have quite a few loans. Its out of control. I found myself divorce needing an apartment and i just kept getting some but i cant pay them off. I live in NJ and have the following companies. DelwareCashFund Loan was for 700 I owe 926 pymts 220 NetCash 650 payments 150 Speedy 520 payments 120 Paydayservices 700 payments 238 STC Loan 300 pymnts 79 MYCashNow 700 payments 130 Upfrontmony 300 89 payments I have not closed my checking im scared. I want to make sure nothing happens. The only new one is Delaware.

Does anyone know if internet PDL's are legal in Texas? Where can I go to find out?

Should have several accounts that either dropped, or will be dropping, from credit report by the end of this year. Gotta get copies of my reports, so I can be sure. Where can I obtain copies of credit report, that WON'T cost me anything, or require a non existant credit card? Anyway, last I recall paying anything was maybe mid year 2000. Nothing since. As I recall, Colorado SOL is 6 years. Which means things should have fallen last year? Recieved a so called settlement letter about a month ago. Never replied, as I ended up in the Hospital, with severe blood clot in leg and lungs.

I moved about 2 months ago and am wondering...can a CA sue me through the mail? I'm working with them through a dmp but I read about how some will try and get default judgements even though you use a DMP. I live in Pennsylvania if that helps. It took the post office forever to process my address change and i haven't gotten mail from that old address in like 6 weeks. Basicly i want to know if there's any chance there's regular mail sitting there waiting for me. Do you need to be served with those kinds of things?

How can you guarantee that you will get a PIF letter from these people? I would hate to pay them off then it is there word against mine that I paid it. Especially if they report it on my credit. Any suggestions?

is this the letter i send out to let the pdl companies know i am not authorizing them to debit my acct anymore(its closed)? Do i leave it like this, fill in the blanks of course, do i add information here as to how much the loan was for, how much ive pd and arrangement i want to make.

Has anyone heard of Check Resolution Service out of Kenmore, NY? They have hired someone to harass me, and I want to find out if anyone else had dealt with them.

OK, this seems to be a pretty hot topic right now. I wanted to see if anyone, other than myself, had any thoughts or opinions on it? Me, I could use a bailout of my own. I'm not talking "billions", about 50 thousand would do me OK. Wonder if the powers that be in DC could add that in for me. Probably not.
