I currently am drowning in payday loan debt it s taking most of my checks every two weeks and barely leaving any money to actually live on for my family. I want to take control and get out but I am extremely afraid of the tatics they will use against me. I've heard of people going to jail because of this and that scares me to death............I want to try and accomplish my goals in dealing with these before my next payday of 12/28/2012.

I got a loan from Online Advance. I live in Florida. At the time I had other online payday loans and one store loan. Is Online advance legal in Florida. They have sent my account to a collection agency. Can they do that. I borrowed $500 and they want me to pay back $690.

I regret obtaining these loans. My car engine died and I ended up seriously ill at the same time. I felt like I hadn't any other choice at the time but will never go this route again. I have the following lenders and need to know if they're legal in South Carolina and ideas how to pay these fees. Obtained via Internet: Quick Cash At Hand $500 I've paid a total of $306.92 US Fast Cash $500 I've paid a total of $300 Great Plains Lending. $600 I've paid a total of 364.26 Spektrum 500.

Hello!

Here's my loan info:

1. I live in PA
2. Western Sky - being serviced by Cash Call
3. $5,075 (recieved $5,000 after $75 origination fee)
4. $1,372 with $1,000 being an extra payment supposed to go towards principle.

First off, I have found so much valuable information on this website and I want to thank you!! Also, I know the Western Sky/Cash Call topic is brought up a million times a day on this website but I have some really straight forward questions that I have not been able to find the information to.

Does anyone know if Freedom Cash Leners is legal in the state of FL? They are telling me they are not but this is an online payday loan company.

Rec'd this email from Cash Yes saying that since i found them on the internet - im obligated to pay - again i live in New York.  I have absolutely no problem paying the principal which was $200.  They want 2 payments of 162.50 - which is obviously more than 200 bucks. Please read and advise.  what should i say when i contact them.

I live in mississippi: I followed the steps in regards to dealing with illegal payday lenders, after looking at the laws in my state regard payday lenders. Hydra fund sent me a response back stating they are not bound by the laws of the United states, but the laws of new zeland and I need to send asap a new zeland. Should I even Respond to there email? Any advice???

All loans are online payday lenders-Non are licensed in my state, per my state loans rollovers not permitted, each one these engages in rollovers etc...
