I have a company that says I owe a bad check from almost seven years ago. I have shopped at this place 2 to 3 times a week for over ten years but check just come about is this right and what is time limitations for check. it was sent through a check system but all my checks go through that same system every week help please.

Anyone have experience dealing with these to companies? I need your help.

I have been getting few calls at work and on my cell from this number 888-622-0222 after googling it to see if i can find out who they are i see its for nrs someone name michelle left me a message that she recieved my paperwork she said she is a little concern that this something i am not even aware of, i dont know what she meant by that but she says for either me or someone representing me should contact her beforethey make a decision.I have sent all my c and d letters to the pdls so i am assuming one of them has given it to nsr dont know which one.What should i do ?Anyone here dealt with th

What's the best place to start? I have $40K in outstanding debt and it costs me $1k a month just to make the minimum payment. Would like to settle, but I am concerned about how this will affect my credit, etc.

Hi everyone I have been lurking here for a couple of weeks now and I am totally addicted to reading these forums. I am so encouraged by all the success stories that I am ready to start working to clean up my credit reports. I think that I have gathered all the info I need, but after reading here everyday, I am still unsure how to start going about things. I have 4 CAs listing old medical bills on my CR. Do I start with a DV letter to each of the CAs? If there is no response or insufficient documentation, they have to remove it, correct?

I got called from 619-342-0094 and a very foreign man daid I am being downloaned in 3 hours for a Payday loan from PRL. I paid the 300.00 loan back many times over 13 months. I live in Indiana and they are illegal here. Now they say they are with some bank. I sent all the proper letters and closed my bank account back in May. Are they legal?
