Hey everyone! I really, really want to thank you guys. I am 27 years old. From the time I was 18 to 23 I really abused my checking account. Now I finally have a great job, I am a lot more responsible, but no bank wants me! I checked my chexsystems report and there are 3 items that are negative on there. I am in the process of repairing that report but I couldn't find a bank to accept me! Then I saw TAB Bank on your website. I wasn't sure if this would work because some of the posts were six months or older and I thought they would start using chexsystems.

I have been reading this site for about a week now and have tried logging in for help but nobody ever responds to me. When I tried to sign up with my e-mail it won't let me back on withy my password. I even tried resetting my password but haven't recieved any response. What am I missing?

Hi, I am going through some tuff times right now. I have missed two payments on my Lease Car. I live in Florida. I know they will repo it soon. Will I still have to make payments on the car when they repo it? Please could you help me out, and give me some advise. Thanks...

Hello - I'm new here (obviously). I've read so much on this forum, I really don't know where to being. I have 3 internet pdls. I'm in the state of Alabama. The loans are: $500 Loan Point USA $300 Paycheck Today $200 B.I.G. I know I need to either close my bank account or change it to deposits only. What would be the best choice? And where to I go from there??? Any help and advice is much appreciated, as I am banging my head on a wall right now for ever considering a pdl! Thanks!

Has no one heard of this company? Their website, the name.com, sounds promising. But with no input from here I am hesitant to even talk to them.

I've been receiving calls from foreign speaking men at work and home threatening to have me arrested for $345.00!! I've never taken out a loan from them. In May my ATM number was compromised and I'm wondering if this has anything to do with a loan application I filled out on line but never followed through with. It's disgusting that they keep calling my place of business. Any thoughts?

My story is typical, I started getting credit cards when I went to college. The first one was a mastercard where all you had to do was send a copy of your class schedule and you were automatically approved. From there it blossomed into store cards and other credit cards. I still have a Sears card that I am paying on from a computer I purchased in 1993 for $2800. I've been paying on that card for 15 years now...I enrolled in a debt consolidation program about 7 years ago to get rid of all of my cards, I stopped for a little while & then went back to them.

What exactly do we say in these complaints, do we give the details as to what we paid each one individually and how much the loan was? Do we send out the same letters to all of the places of BBB, Attorney general and federal trade commission? I want to get this started, i have sent our complaints to the BBB and ameriloan have sent out Paid in full letter now, also sent to MTE(instant cash usa) both seperate and they did not respond through BBB but called me very rude and yelling!! said they would take $510 out of my acct if i didnt make arrangements of 5 payments to pay this is full!!

Hello, I like most people today am experiencing a very difficult time. I currently owe about $4000 in medical bills and old credit cards. I also have fallen behind on my mortgage payment. I also owe my real estate taxes. I also had to take a pay cut which doesn't make things easier. I have set up a budget and have cut back on many things, but I still am having trouble. I am not sure what to do and am thinking about filing bankruptcy, but I don't know alot about it.
