I have several loans in Delaware, I cannot pay them back, is there any criminal action taken in Delaware? All of the companies are internet base.

Just thought I would post this information to this site as it pertains to dealing with CashTransferCenters, Payday Avenue and other affiliated companies with E-Care Contact Centers. can a debtor refuse forms of payment. some idiot called me from Legal Mediation Practice in Fl. and said i had to pay the full balance of $500.00 by the end of today or they were going to sue me.

200cash.com has taken money out of my account twice, after I told them not too (via E-mail). It did no good, does any one have a contact number for this company, and preferablly not a recording.

I need help on how to pay off online payday loans. I live in Mississippi and I have ao many that they were consuming my paycheck, changed banks and the other account is over $1,000 in the negative and they still are trying to send debits through. The companies that I am dealing with is Loan Point USA $400 Netcash USA $500 ameriloan $300 United Cash Loan $300 Please let me know if there is any way to make payment arrangements to clear this up. I am in worse than I was before I got myself into this mess.

Hello, Has anyone found a debt relief company that is reputable and has helped them? I know the best advice is to go to a non-profit debt consolidation center and we have done that; however, we still cannot afford that minimum monthly payment. Any advice? Thanks

I was just wondering if anyone knew if Astro Lending and Arrowhead Investments are legal in Pennsylvania? I'm thinking that they are not
