I recently sent a letter for proof of validation of debt as a summons answer, after being sent a summons(no court date), The law firm is Frederick J Hannah. They sent back a letter with VERIFICATION not VALIDATION. I used a form off this site and asked for very specific documents for validation. They respond with one letter stating open date and last payment received date and amount owed(which has gone up $1000 dollars in 2 months). They did not provide validation of the debt. I need help with my next step. The request for validation is on file in the court(answer to summons)

I have about 85K in debt. I am not behind on my payments yet, but can't keep up with this anymore. Should I do a debt consolidation so the interest will stop? I have good credit up to now, and don't know what to do.

does anyone know if you have a wells fargo credit card and wells fargo checking account and you fall behind on payments to credit card can they automatically take the payment out of your checking account without your permission

My main question is if you were in my shoes, prioritize by order how you would deal with these four companies from what you know about them. I have paid well over the principle on all four.... BIG A2B CASH PAYCO FLASH LOANS I have sent C and D letters to both Flash Loans and A2b, but completely ignoring, out of these companies where would you start? Thanks

I am having troubles with Ace Cash in Texas. IT has gone to they claims department they are saying they are going to start talking to my HR department to start taking money out of my pay check. I had been trying to pay them over the phone be they only wanted the full amount and told me to ask my friends or boss for money to pay them. They also told me they have flag my S.S . number so I can not get a loan from them. If I pay them they will let me take money out again.

Got some spam in my email a couple of days ago for a Christian pay day loan company. I can't believe they would use religion of all things! Besides it's written in (I'm thinking in Exodus) that God told the people that if you lend money to your neighbor charge him no interest. I bet this PDL will smack God right in the face on that one, some Christian company.

I have posted this question before but have gotten different answers. Can anyone tell me about cashnetusa?? I have tried several times to get a hold of them regarding my loan and have heard nothing. Also, I went on my account today, it said the money was put in my account this week when it was in originally deposited in August I took out the loan. I have changed my checking account since August so I can't tell if they redeposited the money. I am really confused. I have heard it is legal and then I have heard horror stories. Can anyone tell me about this company?
