Overstress is trying to figure out who i should pay first....i went down the list of my creditors. one by one, i called an was yelled at. At 8pm, i got on the phone with redline recovery service and they said i owe 4k. I told them it only reflect that i owe 2k on all three of my credit report. how the hell do they have 4k. she said she can settle for the amount that is reflect on my Credit report but i had to give her it all now. I told her i can't pay it. And she ask if i was employed. i stupidly said YES. she ask what company.

I wondering if anyone has dealt with CashNet USA (CNU) any tips or info? They keep trying my checking account after I closed it and I notified them 2 paydays ago via 2 cert. RR letters, and that I will send payments via money orders. They have my balance up to 976.50 now and I have paid 260.00 that they are not giving me credit for. I am getting threaten they will ruin my credit - Not too hard since I am just hanging at a FICO of 600 (probably lower now) Appreciate any advice or information anyone has. Thanks Tmzulu

I have 4 pay day loans. Instantcashusa - $300 CashNet - $300 B.I.G. - $200 AAA - $200 The next payment is suppose to come out on 9/19. I am not sure where to go from here. I opened a new account and have my direct deposit going to my new account. Are these companies licensed in Minnesota and what do I do to get out of this. I am desparate please help. How do I also keep them from calling my employer.

Hello all! I was recently contacted by a local law firm regarding a past due account on a credit card. After I offered make payments on the debt I was told by the attorney that I could make full payment, summit copys of my monthly income so the law firm could decide how much I could pay or be sued.. I've payed most of the original debt off but still owe the interest and penaltys. If they sue me how long will it take to go to court??
