About a year ago I got a letter from Plaza Assoc,who must be part of Palisades. I send a VD letter. Over the weekend I recieved a package from Palisades, the office is in PA, stating in per my rquest are the copies of validation I requested. What they sent were three bills from various months which showed I owed then. I had worked with a consolidation conpany and brought the amount down and could not afford to send any more payment. I just sent a new VD letter to them. What should I do next?

Hi! I have learned a lot on these forums and believe it or not, thanks to complete strangers and the great advice, I have decided my life is worth fighting for. I am a 50% service connected veteran with three outstanding payday loans (all internet lenders). I live in Ohio, and have the amazing support of the branch manager at Chase Bank where I do my banking at. I am wondering exactly what to do. My loans are going to attempt to collect on the 12th. I have already spoken with the bank manager and she is opening a new account with a deposit only hold.

I received a call today at work from a woman from First National Services saying she was calling about PDL Yes. The number she left for me to call is the phone number to PDL Yes. Exactly where is she calling from??? Is she just calling from PDL YEs trying to pull a fast one or is she calling from a collection agency called First Nat'l Services that collects from them or what??? Any input and fax numbers would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Karen

i need help finding a company that will work with pay day loans also how do you know which debt companys are not scams??

I have a couple of payday loans, which I took out of desperation like so many of us. I have been paying fees and even though I'm up to date on my payments I'm having a hard time. I don't know much of the law re: these payday loan companies but I read that they're not legal in Puerto Rico. Was it legal to loan me money knowing I live in PR? What can I do to settle this debt in a fair manner?

Im being threatened to be sued for 2100 in debt. I cant come up with the money out of the blue, and they wont accept payments. What can i do?

I was wondering if anybody knows who Global Payday is affiliated with?

I have 4 PDL and I have been trying to pay them off but I can't seen to catch up. I have been reading I closed my bank account. I am not sure if I should get a company to assist me or do it myself. I spoke with PDL assistant and they are charging me 200 dollars and what I been hearing doesn't sound good. I have been paying them only the fee. I want to make a decision before the 19th. I did do the letters to send certified but some of the cash advances do not have address only fax number? What do I do then? I only have computer pay loans and I live in Orlando, Florida.
