I live in Mississippi, and I have 5 payday loans. 3 internet and two store front. Can someone please help me, tell me what to do, it's killing me, I'm about to lose my house cause all my money is always gone. Here are the companies I have the loans with: Advantage Cash White Hills Cash Great Plains Lending and 2 at Alabama Title Pawn (unsecured, they do not have my title) I am in desperate need of help fast!

Hey has anyone ever had a loan from spot on loans? I borrowed $400 from them and ive paid back $120. They are saying i still owe $530. I have recently found out that pay day loans are illegal in NC thats where i live and i contacted the company about that stating i would only pay back the principal amount and they stated they were not a payday loan company. Im kind of confused now. Im not sure how to respond. Any suggestions?

Hi there, I have an outstanding loan with Cash in a Wink. I live in Ohio. Loan was for $400 Paid back $788 so far. I closed my account, sent them a ACH revocation letter, send letter asking to only communicate through email or US Postal service, as well as asking for a refund. They keep sending me emails saying they will only communicate on the phone. They also keep sending me texts threatening to call my HR as well as numerous phone calls throughout the day from different 1-800 numbers. Any advice on how to handle them or what my next step should be would be great. Thank you

Ive had my cellphone disconnected and visa account closed 5 years ago because I payed zero attention to my phone(I thought the credit card would pay itself through my chequeing account). When Telus gave the debt to a collection agency it was about 900$, now I think the outstanding balance is $2100 i'm not sure, I do not know how to read this Equifax credit report. Can they build up interest on debts? should I try to pay it? should I wait for the SOL?

when a debt collector calls and you ask for a dunning letter. does e mail count or does it have to be thru the mail.
