What is platinum service 800 972 8094? This thing keeps on debiting into my bank account like twice every month for almost 2 months. I don't have any idea where i got this service thing? Are credit card companies has something to do with this? And how can i get rid of this?

Anyone heard if they have enough names yet??? I stopped into National Check Cashers on Friday to make a payment and I asked the clerk if he thought they would get enough, he kinda shurged and said with a half smile "I sure hope so"....

Several PDloans being paid on time - unforeseen circ. caused no $ available and ACH's are ruining my bank history & ruining me. I have asked each one to stop sending ACH's throu, some have, some haven't. Can I get help just to get everything to STOP and let me pay off over 45-60 days directly. My husband and I are considering filing for Bankruptcy. We are well below the means test and just can not afford our bills since my husband lost his job and is now underemployed. We've tried for the past year and can not keep up. I actually filed as an individual in 2001 so we will have to wait a couple of months to do it. I figure this is the perfect time to research and start working on the paperwork. We have no assets so this should be pretty simple. I guess I'm looking for tips, tricks, advice, websites, personal experience, anything that you can share. Thank you.
