I have followed the information I received on here on how to deal iwth PDLs. I have taken the steps and closed my bank account, notified my employer, friends, family etc. I have received three emails back. One from Plain Green Loans, one from Great Plains Lending, and the last one from Cash Call/Western Sky. Cash call is bombarding my phone with calls and have now starting this afternoon called my job. I told them they are not to call me job. They told me it is my responsibility to call them and work out a payment. The jist of my email was that my loan for $1000 is paid in full.

Does anyone know anything about Payday Mobility they do not have a website that you apply on. they call you and you apply over the phone. Are they legal in North Dakota? They have an address that is in Delaware.

I have CA Check Cashing- store front loan - - I took out $2600 and paid them $5044 for 14 months now. Checkngo- online about a year $3000. I paid it off and kept renewing it. I received a phone call about two weeks ago from NCS Offices (1-855-756-2615), claiming to court summons me, unless I make an agreement of a settlement. The settlement is for a payday loan from Mass Street Group, I got a loan for $200 and NCS is wanting to settle for $320. I set up a payment plan with them of $50 every two weeks, I live paycheck to paycheck and I ran a little short and contacted them about possibly lowering my payment plan to prevent this from further happening.
