Can anyone comment on SOL for Illinois for credit card accounts and when timing for SOL begins. Lastly where can state information be found regarding SOL on credit card accounts.

Do you also help people consolidate payday loans.?

I've sent a DV letter to Arrow and received a letter stating they don't have to validate the debt due to fact that I've responded 30 days after my first notice. Is this true? If so what is my next course of action? All I have so far is that it's a "personal loan" from National City bank from 2001.

I sent an email to my Payroll department, informing them of my payday loan issues, that I am revoking the wage assignments, and they told me that it's too late once I default on the loans. From what I have read, it is voluntary, and can be revokded at anytime...they said they will have to honor the ge assignment if it comes to them. I cannot find any laws anywhere that can help me clarify this...anyone have any suggestions where I can prove this, and send to my payroll department? Thank you!

These people are trying to move in on the Pressler & Pressler scam. I'm already dealing with them about some nonsense. But now they send me a letter stating that they are going to garnish my wages for a debt that 1. I never owed to anyone. 2. The debt is over 10 years old. Garbage debt collector EMCC sued me in court for this debt and I never received anything that I was being sued. I found out by looking at my credit report. I sent EMCC a debt validation letter but they never responded. So now I sent one Hayt, Hayt & Landau. What is going on here?

I currently have 2 payday loans. One with LoanpointUSA still owe 400.00 but I have paid them I think almost 800.00 and one with first bank of Delaware borowed 1500.00-- have 2 payments of 321.44 due I'm located in Ohio.

Are they legal?? Worldwide is in Delaware, but numerous people have said their letters come back saying they are in the UK...does this make them legal? I can't find anything on DE websites about them being liscensed... National Cash, can't find a physical address for anywhere...one post said FL, another said AZ...
