I have several payday loans and I am only paying the finance fee on about 4 and on 3 of them I am paying the finance fee and 50 dollars towards the loan every 2 weeks. I cannot afford to pay my rent and other necessary utilities. What can I do besides close my bank account and work out a payment plan.

does anyone have any experience ith always payday in ohio? I defaulted on a storefront loan ith them in may, I owed them a total of $599, i have already paid $100, they keep calling saying that i was supposed to pay !150 towards the balance. I am supposed to pay them $150 again this eekend which i said that i would, to get them off of my back, but i don't think i can give them that much right now. i need advice. how lonfg does it take before they try to take you court? Right no ehn they call me they call themselves the "pre-legal and collections dept for always payday".

In discussions when the experts state to send letter certified, is this certified mail or do I need letter to ne notarized also?

If a debt is only in the wife's name, can the debt be separated and the husband than apply for a mortgage in his name only?

I'm sick and tired of seeing these Checksmart commercials. I just seen one that says, "life happens, Checksmart helps!" Then at the end of the commercial they say, "please use payday loans responsibly." Yea, right :x

If you are in a settlement program with a lawyer and the lawyer sends your creditors a C & D and power of attry, what then happens? Do the creditors stop calling me and call the lawyer? I guess I don't really understand how that works, like the creditor then just hangs out and waits to hear from the settlement company, (I'm guessing not)....

know any info that can help me
