Hi, My name is sue. I live in Michigan. I have too many internet payday loans. I have been hearing a lot of good suggestions from everyone on how to get out of them. I stopped payment on them. What do I do next to get on a payment plan. They are not returning my phone calls. Please help

Could someone help me? I have a payday loan with Pay Co 300 dollar loan finance charge of 143. I have paid this refinance charge at least 3 times now and my checking account is closed. I have seen bad reviews from this company as far a legal issues and how they harass consumers and I do not think they will work with me for payment arrangements and after looking at laws from other states, it could be the case that they owe me a refund since they are not abiding by Indiana law, this PaY Co has stated that they would contact my supervisor if necessary.

How do i get rid of debt and what should I do first?

Question: Has anyone used this company for debt settlements. I have already spoke with someone regarding my case....I felt good about about the process...but very weary of pulling the trigger. Can anyone provide some helpful information?..Thanks for your help.

What a great forum. I have searched, read and absorbed as much as I can but still have a few questions. I am recently divorced and have numerous medical bills that went unpaid and are on my credit report. They are from 2-5 years old. I have several with NCO, Consumer Collection, and a couple others I cant remember off the top of my head. Here is my question. I was thinking of making contact with each one of the agencies with a summary of of the debts (that I know of from my CR). I presume that I will first have them validate.

Just letting you know, I'm going to be gone from Sept. 10 until Sept 19, my first vacation since ever!! All free, courtesy of my boyfriend. I'm going to Idaho and Montana to do some sight seeing. :D

I keep getting a call from this "collection agency" called Vital Recovery Services. At first, it was a generic message on the vm, now they are saying that they are calling from the company that finances my car. I knew there was something strange going on since I'm never late on my car payment. Just called my finance company and they told me they have no idea who VRS is and why they would be calling me, since my account is current. I checked my credit report and found that they pulled my credit and stated that I requested them to pull it. What can be done about companies like this?
