Hello- I would appreciate any advice on how to settle my debts with these companies - 3 internet & 1 storefront. I have read that both cashnet & checkngo are legal and cash store operates in my state so I'm assuming it is too. What about paydaymax?...I have tried to set payment arrangements for all but paydaymax but still cannot afford to pay all biweekly with the terms extended to me.

The commercial claim 100 but they don???t list the names of the companies. I am wondering if any of you have filled out your application with them recently and if you can tell me the names of the companies that have been sending you email advertisements or have offered to fund you a loan. I have 3 pdls out right now. I live in North Dakota. The loan companies are VIP Loan Shop, Discount Advances and Great Plains Lending. Are these companies legal in North Dakota? Thanks
