That the plaintiff is the current holder of said credit card account, and the plaintiff has performed all it obligations under the contract, but the defendance has defaulted by failing to make the payments due thereon. 4.

I have a debt being handled by law offices of Mitchell Kay in excess of $20,000. They sent me a letter a few weeks ago (7/31/08) stating that they would accept my repayment plan of $100.00 per month (a figure I gave a representative a month ago). Now they're saying they would never have agreed to it and that the letter was obviously sent in error. They are in New York. I am in California. A subsequent letter (8/1/08) acknowledging receipt of my payment also mentions the monthly $100.00 payment plan. Are they bound to the terms of their own letter??

can anyone tell me what the laws are in texas, I have a collection agency calling me now for cashnet usa and they are threatening that the amount i owe is now considered a bad check and saying i will be arrested. this is from last year. I am able to pay paymetns now but i am worried what will happen, they saisd they called my payroll department at work to get info on me. please help

I have established an extremely large amount of debt and my income has steadily decreased by 66%. I've burned through all of my savings and I'm about to lose everything. Is there any hope other than bankruptcy?

Ok. I just got a threatening call at work where these people identified themselves as officers and Sgt.'s with the Florida PD (gave no city, or address) and they said there were charges filed against me for internet fraud, bank fraud and some other bs. They had my name soc security, partial bank account #. They would not give me any specific info, claimed they had sent me written notification, which they never did, and told me someone was coming to arrest me. No one did. I had a payday loan with SSM Group and paid it back immediately. They got my employer involved.

We had a bunch of medical bills that span over a bunch of years. They finally took us to court and we agreed with the amount & contacted them to make payment arrangements. I sent first letter in February along with payment. Did not receive anything from collection/attorney. However, received notice they were doing garnishment. I then sent another letter to the Court along with copy of first letter. I sent a copy of this to the collection/attorney along with another check fo $50. Still haven't heard anything.

I HAVE A FEW LOANS OUT THERE AND I NEED HELP TO PAY THEM OFF ASAP AND I HAVE NO IDEA WERE TO LOOK. PLEASE ANYONE.
