Holy cr@p I need some help!!! I have a judgement on my credit report from Palisades, and orginal debt is from AT&T. I do not disagree that I owe the money. I know that I do. Here is the problem. I have to pay off this judgement before my pending home loan is approved. I spent more then an hour on the phone yesterday trying to get to someone to pay this, but got no where. I was either led to voicemail boxes that were full, transffered and left on hold, or just straight hung up on. Help!!! I don't know what to do! I am willing to fork over some serious cash, but no one will help me.

Look I deal with all kinds of loan company,s and this one is a bad deal. They sent me a e-mail saying that I applied for $ 255.00 loan and that they had a signed apt. by me, when I went down the page they had my so-call signed forum the hand writing was a fake. So if you come across this, do as I did I called my bank and had a red flag put up so they can,t get into my bank. I also contacted the feds. on loan abuse, and I hope they are closed down. :(

Got a call from an attorneys office called Ann Berg, chase and associates? phone # 404-249-1099 stating they were going to take me to court for check fraud because I borrowed money on 06/2007 from Quickest-cash-advance and closed my account. They said they are going to take me to court for check fraud. Can they?

Does anyone have it? I believe they are in NJ. I have the P.O. Box but need to send them a DV letter via DHL.

I was wondering, I know what debtcc does and the wonderful site it is. However whenever I get a check for my debt CC points it comes from Internext Technologies. What exactly does Internext do aside from acting as a parent company for DebtCC?

Hello guys, Well i am glad to say that i am starting to work this payday loan thing out. I have three loans, Cashnetusa,amscot and BIG. I went down to Amscot yesterday and they were really helpful, I will actually have them paid off in about three weeks thanks to their extended payment plan. But, im having a problem with the bank concerning cashnet and BIG. Last week i put a stop payment on cashnet because i knew that i would not have the entire 669.54 that they wanted to debit my account.
