hi, I have about 22k on 2 cards, one 9.9% and the other w/2k about 14%. any suggestions on paying/consolidating w/o paying a tsfr fee over 1%?

Hi, I am new to the site so please forgive me if this information is posted already. I live in Illinois and have gotten into a mess with PDLs. I have contacted them by email and phone and have revoked my ACH authorization so they stop debting my account. I have 4 day day loans outstanding. Loan Point (they also go by Geneva Roth and now I was given the name Capital Lending). I owe $520 on a orginal loan of $400. I have made about 4 payments of $120 of an extension fee.

How do I go about answering a summons?

Hi there, I am From Pa, and me and My husband Just recently did a Payday loan or we loan was a place to help u get a payday loan, It's call Stonewater & Associates there out of Washington State, i faxed in all my Doc. and they said i have to pay a 99.00 processing fee and then they link us to payday loans for money, well they said once the 99.00 was taken out we should have our PDL within 24 to 72 hrs..

I have closed my bank acct and have gone to a credit counselor for help. They will be sending proposal and the minimum payment required by law to the PDLs. Problem is finding out their mailing addreses. Anybody have suggestions on how to make them give me the address or do I wait for them to send a collection leeter and use that one.

You may start a debt settlement by personally talking to your debt company. A debt settlement company gets into the picture when a client is not comfortable doing such transaction. They stand in behalf of the client. Can someone give me the email address and/or websites where I go to file BBB, FTC, and AG complaints for Oklahoma?

I sent emails and faxes and have only heard from them letting me know that Northway Financial (which is Zip19) is licensed by the government of Malta as a financial institution, and the law of Malta, not the State of Oklahoma applies to its terms. They provided me with this notice so that I would understand the terms of my loan. The only thing I have understanding of at this point is they want their money and I don't think they have marked my account as PIF.
