If payday loan companies are not responding to the C7 letters, I think they are called with the ACH revoke, clarifying illegal in your state, not to contact employer, all that stuff..... What should I expect is their next move, surely it is not that easy.....

Has anyone had any dealings with these people? They are threatening and are quite rude.

I've been reading this site a lot lately and just hope you all can help me out. Am taking the pludge to write my problem & hope it's not to much. I'm in debt to much with C/Cds approx. 52K, Az. home 179K, Hi Home 175K & Misc.10K. All my money has dried up savings, 401K etc. I can keep going till end of year, but who am I fooling, myself, cause after that will not be able to pay c/cds. House in Hi. rented out. Can make Az. house payment with Soc. Sec. plus utilities and small bills. Both houses are below value, so doubt if I could get a refinance to pay off my debt.

i have co-signed on 2 student loans for my kids and the kids have dropped out of school and are having babies and now where i have co-signed is wanting to sue me for the payments. i am on total disability and the girls cant work right now because of their pregnancy. what can i do. do you have any solitions for me.

I have sent the letters suggested including (ach revoke, not contacting employer, so forth and so on) by email to one click, united, impact, and one step.

Do anyone have any information on this compnay. They are threatening to press criminal charges against me but will not give me any information on the loan.

Someone recently stole my identity and all my information and took out a bunch of online payday loans in my name. My bank contacted me due to an overwhelming number of ACH debits to my account causing my account to be overdrawn. I have since closed my account, filed a dispute with the bank and filed a police report for theft of identity. Some of these places have contacted me at work. Most were decent and gave me a fax number so that I could fax a letter and copy of my police report to them but one was rude and nasty and threatened to garnish my wages. I am not sure what else I should do.

We were just served by 2 creditors. The court dates are in March and April of next year 2009. We are set to file for chapter 7 this week, finally came up with all the $$!, how will these two summons affect me? TIA
