Pay day loans scams

I did not know all the scams out there with internet pay day loans. I took one out with Green Picket.com. I cannot pay it back and learned they have a Wage Assesment attached to this agreement. Their address is in Malta, after I called them. What can I do? Are they legal in the state of Arizona where I reside? If they try to garnish my wages, I will get fired. I work for a very strict conservative company. Are they legal?

 

Credit Cards payed with not founds

Hi, first of all Thank you to help me answer me to my question. I needed money so I payed some my credit cards with electronic check from on of my bank account there was empty, without found. I spent that new money. What can happen to me if I do not pay, considering that I do not have any property in the United States ? What can I do if I want to adjust that situation ? Thank you.

so i received my first reponse from the BBB. geneva roth stated that since i electronically signed my loan documents and because i recevied emails for me to fax for paydown, i am responsible to keep paying. however, they will consider my loan "paid in full" if i paid them $300 more. my original loan was for $300. paid $1080. asked for a refund of $780.

Does anyone know how long the IRS gives you to pay off a debt, I'm thinking its have 5 years, but I can't find the information.

I have a $420 debt that is on my credit report and is a medical bill that slipped thru the cracks while my daughter was sick about three years ago. I want to clear this up. If I pay off debt, will it help my credit at all, or has it already damaged my credit so dont worry about paying it? Debt is about four years old. Will debt collection agency report it to credit reporting companies as paid? No one has contacted me in about two years trying collect on it.

[size=3][/size] I have 3 internet loans and I live in Nebraska. I need some information on them so I can send the data to ag in my state and the bbb, etc 1) Summit Group LLC I got the loan $250.00, paid $375. 2) EME_Marketing I got $250, paid $375 3) One step cash I got $300, paid $90.

[size=3][/size][color=Black][/color][font=Tahoma][/font] Depending on your age, I am in my 4 decade now. The depression age from way back then had it bad too, They lived off dried goods and stored up goods. They had back up skills too. We lost that and now we have to relearn that. I now go to second hand stores for books and movies, watch stuff online instead of going to the movies. I am now learning how to sew and cook, shocking--I never really learned how to cook real meals but now I am learning. I am also trying to re-educated my self on new job skills.

 

Maxed Out

I just got through watching the documentary "Maxed Out". This should be required viewing for every American, and especially those struggling with debt, like so many of us on this site. I highly reccomend it. It is available on Netflix for instant viewing or DVD rental. While the focus is mainly on credit card companies, it is excellent, and yet very sobering - which is a good thing.
