I just started getting calls from one party telling me I need to call this # because charges were filed against me. When I called that # I was told I owed on a loan that I have no idea about. What can I do? How can I find out more information?

My son has Sallie Mae loans and has been paying $500 a month for over two years on these loans and now they are asking him to double his payment. He is self employed so money is not always consistent. I have co signed on some of these loans. Are they allowed to demand he make higher payments? I have read some of the FDPCA information and I don't understand alot of the legal jargon. by making the same payment, he is now behind on other important bills and utilities. Any suggestions.

i have a payday loan with discountadvance.com and need help. I live in kentucky and the payday loan was orignally for $400 - it's now up to $530 and i've paid interest on it several times! What do i do? I cannot pay it back, at least not at the rate I'm going. Interest and fees are killing me. :(

I just received a phone call from WAm telling me that my husbandd opened an account in 2008 with T mobile, it was openeded in Idaho. The amount is 1,900.00 We have NEVER had an account with T mobile, we have never lived in Idaho, my husband was in Iraq duirng the time they say the account was opened. It is fraud, now they tell me they will send a fraud packet to my house I have until the 5th of Dec. before this is reproted on his credit report. How can I get this stopped long enough for me to receive the fraud packet, get the police report filed, etc.
