I made the mistake of obtaining a title loan from Northeastern Title Loan co.in the amount of $900.00.I have paid the original $900.00.back to them.I also make monthly payments,none of my payments are applied to the principle only to the interest.I must have the full amount of the loan at one time for the loan to be satisfied.I need help,I need help,they call me a all the time and stated they will continue to do so.please help me.

I need a dmp FAST!!! Can you recommend a reputable and successful company that has a DMP? I have $21K in CC debt and $53K in loans. My mom called me today and told me that a collection agency had called her looking for my husband and I, and told her that they intended to sue us. It is my understanding that the only way they are allowed to contact your family (whose phone number and name were never given to them) is if they have no way to contact you. They have our home and cell numbers and call them constantly - I've talked to them, but eventually quit answering calls due to harrassment - and they have our email address. What are my options here?
