Like everyone here I need help reducing debt. First timer here posting a topic but have gone through a lot of posts and a student of this forum needs help! I am a 28 yr old male migrated to USA in 2001. I make about 65k/year( $4300/month) and my wife about $40k/year (2500/month), married with 1 kid. and in the recent past I have accumulated debt which has sky rocketed and some because of personal emergencies and unexpected bills.

I have read that a lot of people are having issues with this group. I too am having problems. I live in Ohio, it seems some think they arent licensed here but i dont know for a fact. Can anyone help?

I have 4 storefront pdl's taken out in Alabama. DALEVILLE - the organizations are: Redi-Cash or Readi-Cash 400.00 pd 140.00 CashExpress 320.00 pd. 448.00 NetAxcess 300.00 pd. 459.00 Nation's Quick Cash 400.00 pd. 280.00 I searched the state licensee registry and only Cash Express seems to be licensed in AL. Could these others be lending through another company or under a different name orare these illegal operations? Please help medetermine what I should do now as I am drowning in this thing. My maturity date is upon me and I simply cannotpay up. What should I do, now?

I recently got a payday loan for $500.00 after doing the research that I should of done before I got the loan, I found out that the max amount for CA is $300. What are my choices regarding this loan? Do I have to pay it back in full since it is over the legal limit for CA?

i have credit one and ic systems calling me everyday. they call 5-6 times a day. my remedy. turn the ringer off. at the end of the day i delete any messages on my phone. my friends know my other cell, and any other associate or contact i have contacts me through my cell phone so i have no reason to keep the ringer on. feels great to not hear the ringing anymore. all i do is hit delete on my system at the end of the day, takes 10 seconds.

I have taken out 4 pdl's from storefront companies in AL. They are: NetAxcess Cash Express Redi-Cash or Readi-Cash and, Nation's Quick Cash. When I perform the search to see if they are licensed, only Cash Express shows as beinglicensed in Alabama. Could thismean that these companies are lending through a different company? Or, does this simply mean that the are illegal operations? Also, I really need help understanding what my firststep needsto be in ending this cycle. Should I allow them to present my checksand then ask for thepayment plan that I am entitled under the law.
