Do you take student loans?

I got a store front payday loan about 4 months ago in ohio for 900. Well, i couldnt pay back and then i sent the store a 50 dollar money order, they were real nice and accepted. Well, in the mean time that particular store closed and now i get a letter 2 months letter from the corperate office, legal dept. They set me up for 150 every two weeks in which i paid only once because i couldnt afford it..so now 1 month later, they are threating to sue. What should i do..they are saying pay in full or go to court. they said i broke my 150 agreement plan.

My husband and I are just realy over our heads in credit card debt....is there any one out there that can lead any suggestions?

Ok, I have a question - I hope this doesn't happen but I want to be prepared. I ran into money problems- lots of them - but luckily, I seem to be getting better. I have paid my late rent, got caught up on my car payment, etc. However, I sent one bill out too soon.. as in it might bounce. I live in NJ and bank with Commerce, if this helps. I am trying everything I can to get money in there but am scared I'm going to be too late (as in I won't have money until i get paid in two weeks!) What would happen? I actually never wrote a bad check before..

i feel like i am getting scammed by a payday loan company ambassador/nationwide cash internet based payday loan i took out a loan in april for 400.00 and since then have had a total taken out of my account of 805.00 i have taken out many payday loans and have never had to pay back twice as much as i have been loaned something seem wrong please help me

My wife, the lovely lady has 135,000 in student loans. She consolidated them the only year they had a variable rate, which is now 8% I believe. They want 1100 a month. Is there anyway I can get this lower, or am I stuck with this until I divorce her? thank you, Deacon

I have 3 online loans and 5 store front ones! I let a loser boyfriend help me dig this whole, I have since cut him lose but now I am stuck trying to pay this debt. I just want to get back to normal not always behind you know. how can i do this my self? I need to get rid of this interest! Someone please help me

My wife has taken out a number of payday loans in her name through my checking account. Since her name is not on my account what could I do to prevent them from zapping my account every 2 weeks?

Living in NC...PDLs are a no no as most know by know. I finally had the AG's office write letters. The loans are null and void. Some PDLs said "you wanna bet" . They have sent me to collections/threatened. What urks me me at least in my case is that the AG wrote the letters and thats all they will do.I called and told them about the calls and he says tell them to go to hell! Does NC plan on going any further and getting any tougher on these PDL's. If you look at PDL websites there are a lot who state who they do not lend to---NC is not on a lot of those lists.

I took out a loan with them in Sep 07 for $1000...my payments were to be 24 payments of $117. I made all the payments on time (the money was taken out of my checking account) I went back to the store Nov 5 to see if I could increase the loan because I was in need of extra money again. So I was allowed to refiniance the loan for $1800. My payment plan then changed to 24 payments of $229.94.
