Can you get out of a checkbook loan with Americash...I have already paid about $3100.00 on a loan for $1800? I have recently been unable to make my recent payments and they sent a notice of intent to assign wages to my employer. How can I get out of this?

I am in need of some advice on how to handle my situation with Americash. I took out a loan with them in Sep 07 for $1000...my payments were to be 24 payments of $117. I made all the payments on time (the money was taken out of my checking account) I went back to the store Nov 5 to see if I could increase the loan because I was in need of extra money again. So I was allowed to refiniance the loan for $1800. My payment plan then changed to 24 payments of $229.94.

I was recently sued by a debt collector and I hired a lawyer , my Lawyer requested a discovery from the debt collector and they couldn't verify any thing so the Judge dismissed the case w/Prej. My question if the debt collector sell the debt to another debt collector and they decided to sue me the fact that I won the case once would that help me if I get sued again.

I have several agencies that have been calling my home ever since I moved in looking for the past owner of the huse as well as several looking for the person who used to have the phhone number that is currently mine. I have informed these agencies and they have not only referred to me as a liar but their automated systems call my house several times EVERY day. One of them has even started calling my cell phone looking for people I don't even know. Is there a way to make this stop??

I got a call from jim king today from legal mediation practice as if there is anything legal about them, They called my brother my boss, my best friend & my department directors office how they got that number is beyond me. Anyhow I should say I am from ohio I took out a loan with e-payday-loans for 3000.00 back in 12-07 pd 2 finance charges + 50.00 to pay down on it grand total of 230.00. they I now owe 1450.00 for 2 online checks both for different amounts. 1. for 770.00 the 2nd for 680.00. They claim I have untill high noon on sat.

Hi I just spoke with rep at O.V.L.G and was informed that I would be paying $100 per month or $50 depending on what I wanted directly to them for the first 5 months or in the latter 10 months / now I'm reading a post which clearly states they work on a contingincy basis and do not take fees unless they settle! I'm not even yet in default ! I think i should not start right now ~ as I have read from other members that is is better to start after 3 months in default. They sound great but i am erring on the side of caution / BTW my total debt is $9,500

So I just did the 341 meeting. Everything was confirmed. I was wondering if my student loan is deferred until i finish payments, 5 yrs, for my bankruptcy. I noticed that the student loan payments each month is not included in the budget the atty did. I know the student loans have to be paid in full and are not part of the bankruptcy payments. Hope I explained this right.
