i have about 7000 worth of old credit card debt. how does this company help?

Does anyone know if they are legal, where they are located and how I contact them? Thanks

I've decided that debt settlement is the best way to handle my $45k credit card debt, but I'm afraid of the creditors calling me at work. My credit report lists the company I work for but no phone number. Will they pull a credit report to try to find my number? I work for a large corporation so it would take a little research to find me with just the company name, but I'm sure they would be able to do it. This is the only thing holding me back from debt settlement.

I received a phone call today from this number. I don't even know the name of the company. The gentleman I spoke to read over the phone a legal affidavit against me and said that on Monday there will be a judgement against me for not paying back a payday loan. All the guy told me was that US National Bank was the creditor and he couldn't even tell me what payday loan company it was. He had all my information address, SSN#. He said that the sheriff would be picking me up from work and taking me to the courthouse on Monday. I have never received any certified mail in regards to this.

I have a payday loan with the Huskhawk Group do you know who I would contact to do so?

My sister was in the process of paying back her negative checking account through an agreement with US Bank 2nd chance checking when it went into a negative $28.00 last night. They closed her checking account today leaving her no money as she had her paycheck directly deposited in there. We went to one branch and they told her to go to the branch that she opened the account at...well she opened it online so she has a call into the supervisor at another branch and is inpatiently waiting for a call back from her. Should she call another branch or not? How can they do this?

They bought the Debt from NCO .. I sent them a request for Validation. Oliphant sent me back a copy of my last statement with the creditor. Which is not Validation . Well today I get a letter from Hull And Associates a law firm in Houston.They are attempting to collect the debt for Oliphant who are a debt junk buyer ... Please need advice ... Thanks I do live in Texas The DFW area
