Hi, I live in Massachusetts and I have a serious problem with 12 open cash advance and loans. I being paying good.. leaving to them all my income. I would like to close the bank account in order to stop this. they are consuming me.. can i close the account?? can I end on jail if I don't pay??? If they will call my work, references, home?? do you have another name other than debt consolidation care such as, worldwide asset purchasing. if you do, I have questions about debt, which I found listed on my credit record. it is owed by my sister and brother in-law. i wondered why it shows on my credit record. how can i solve the problem?

:?: I live in Nebraska. I have several internet payday loans and was wondering how can I tell if they are legal or not. I paid 300 dollar in fees already for each to the 2 loans and they were only 250 dollars each. One is with summit group for 250 and the other is with direct pay eme marketing which is also 250 dollars. That is the name on my bank statements when they debt my account.

Well, I thought I would just give a brief update on our situation. We did file Chapter 7, and our creditor/trustee meeting is scheduled for August 21st. The relief from the constant phone calls has been very welcome! :) Now for the whining . . . Today my husband lost his job. Since I am currently unemployed also, that means that our only income is from his construction work that he has continued to do on the side.

Hi it's Cardskh, I finally registered so now I am a member.... anyhow.... I closed my old account, got a new one set up right away, sent all my letters as most of you know I have been posting my ordeals with PDL monsters I have dealt with and I felt pretty good. I thought well for now the worst thing they can do it to keep calling and calling or attempt to debit the old account...WRONG..... I wrote a check at my grocery store today and it was denied. This has never happened to me before in my life I was horrified...good thing I had a credit card to use...

How does it work and where can I get the Fax #'s to send them.....I live in cali and have the following loans Payday one..$295..Paid $0 One Click Cash ..$650..Paid $300 in finance United Cash ...$390..Paid $90 One Step Cash ...$300..Paid $200 Cash Central...$390 paid $0 I recd the cali laws, but im not sure what to do next and how to send these letters, and no one seems to be writing to my other post

Has anyone had any dealings with this collection agency? Of course they are located out of Buffalo, NY. One of the "ground zeroes" for some pretty shady CA's, in my opinion. I had them contact me trying to reach a third party, when I called them back the man I spoke to was rude, nasty, kept talking over me, said I was yelling and cursing at him.

I had paid insurance on a credit card about 8-9 years ago and it was suppose to insure payment of my debt should something happen. Unfortunately, I lost my job and my union went on strike leaving me jobless for more than a year. I did all the right things in writing letters because the credit card company did not fulfill their end of the bargain. Now, 8 years later that dead had washed out from my credit but unfortunately Robert Serian Law Offices started collecting on that debt. I requested proper letters from them and instead received unrelentless messages from one of their associates.

this is on my credit report and i cant find anything as to where they are...it was a debt of 112.00 in florida some time ago..does anyone know where or how to find them..thanks
