Does anyone have any information on this company? They call me may be 2-3 X's a week on my cell phone. I have paid $240 towards the principle on a $300 loan. I had closed my account because these payday loans were taking my entire check. This has been since April of this year. I was falling behind on all my bills and I was out of work for over 4 weeks because I donated one of my kidneys to my father. I am still trying to catch up on my bills now. So far no one has been really harrassing me thanks to the person that is handling my case at the Attorney Generals office.

Grrrrrrrrrr, I am so angry I am finding it difficult to function right today, and it's all because of Timewarner Cable's customer service (or lack of). They shut my cable off at the pole yesterday (unjustly so)! All because an employee FORGOT to notate I called to make payment arrangements! By the way, I was ONLY one month behind. Since 5:00 yesterday, I have spoken with 10 customer service people, been on hold a total of 3 1/2 hours, and disconnected 10 times! I have received apologies, but NO resolution! They are making me pay a disc.

I received this letter from Capital Management Service on Friday and I am not quite sure how to proceed. I am one of Sifxpert client and looks like I might have to deal with this on my own or hire another firm to help me (I am thinking about Oak View Group). ello I've looked for an answer to my questions but cannot find one. I am hoping someone can help. or point me in the right direction I TOOK OUT A PAYDAY LOAN (IMPACT CASH) stupid me... anyway, I missed a payment. I got a few phone calls and when I returned them, the ext went to a busy signal, finally after the 3rd try, I pushed 0 and got a girl named Nicole.she said that ext was on a rotary dial... I told her who I was and she explained I missed a payment and an setp up a payment plan. I also asked why the payoff was suddenly 490 when the loan was 300. She stated they added fees.

I sent a second DV letter to Unifund after they did not reply within 30 days. I finally got a response, but the only thing it contained were 6 statements from varying time frames. Isnt that verification and not validation?
