the addresses for any of the following companies. I have most of their phone numbers but assume if I ask for an address they won't give it to me because my accts are in collections. TX!! Midland Financial ameriloan NHcash NLS MW Marketing CMG Croup SSM Group tried replying to an e-mail I got stating that it went to collection but BIG SURPRISES it came back. Any help would be appreciated.

Well now I have to act. I had been trying to plan out what my best course of action would be to handle my PDLs. It looks like the checks for two storefront PDLs I have bounced last night (Cashland and Check Exchange). My bank account is now overdrawn almost $700 and I don’t get paid again until the first of August… :cry: Has anyone had any luck negotiating payment arrangements with either Cashland or Check Exchange after defaulting? Also what should I do when they call?

We live in Texas. my husband is being sued by cach llc. we have been dealing w/ them for some time. I sent a letter to 2 different law firms representing them requesting information on the debt and received no response. The first was in 3/07 and the second was 12/07. He has never had a card with the bank they have listed. The lawsuit was filed by a different (this makes three that i am aware of) lawyer. We have received no paperwork from this one before. From reading in this forum other questions, i know we need to answer the request for admissions.

OK, I'm still not convinced if I should go debt settlement or bankruptcy with my 79K in credit card debts. I normally would be making 75K to 90K a year in the movie/tv industry, but I'm no longer making that money because of a recent work injury and a strike that put me out of work for 4 months earlier this year. There is also a major work slow down right now because of another possible strike. The last 10 months have made my credit card debts almost double to where they are now. So I have lots of uncertainty ahead.

Hello everyone, I have found so much great information on this site. I am just trying to set the right course, with the right information. As of right now, I don’t know how I’m going to make it through until my next paycheck and I just got paid today. My goal is to get some type of refund and apply as much of that money towards this as I can afford. I found a template for writing a letter, but it was difficult to understand/read. Is there one available for a Michigan request? Thanks in advance for your help! It’s greatly appreciated.

i spoke briefly this morning with the AG office regarding my complaint on ACHLoan. i am not sure she knew what is going on with internet payday loans. she thought that all internet payday loans were backed by banks. she stated that because of this, i was bound by the contract that i signed for the state that it was signed in. although i am a citizen of ohio, i had to adhere to THAT state's law. i informed her that although some payday loans were backed by banks in the form of an installment loans (ie cashcall, thinkcash, etc), most were not.
