I have an account in collections and I sent the collection agency a CMRR letter for debt validation. Well, the collection agency never answered back and yesterday I received summons from my local court house. I checked online and it’s a valid case pending. I contacted a NACA lawyer and I asked about them not validation my debt. The lawyer says they (collection agency) can always answer the complaint in the discovery process. I thought it was illegal for a collection agency to continue with the case without debt validation?

How do you guys keep track of the members who have reached the alotted amount of posts, so they may be nominated for the Hall Of Fame? llw1995 has reached her quota and has been a huge help here at the forum. :)

Ok, working with NES this morning... I said once I get a fax stating the settlement terms, I would wire the money to them. Is there anything else I need to cover myself here?

I am trying to contact this loan company;AUTOMATED CREDIT CENTURION FUND LOAN . I borrowed 200 dollars and I have not received anything in the mail or on my email and I am so worried that they are a fraud. If anyone can tell me how to contact this company I will really appreciate it.

I live in New york state YESTERDAY! I received a phone call from Cash Unlimited..... 1] The man I spoke to was rude and horrible manners... and customer service. 2} Demaning I make payment from a loan I took out in 2005 3} I have paid on this on loan 4} In the mean time I had closed my account {several years ago} and of course don't have the proof of payments... { I know I can call the bank and get my statements from 2005.} 5} This business Hasn't bothered to contact until 2008... WOW! 6} Know my balance is $5000.00 .......

Subject: langhorne and epayday loan ok here is an update. the settlement with epayday was 400.00 i was told 350. whatever the case i have paid 350. now i am being told that i still owe 260.00 but erica is willing to accept 100.00 by friday. i am not paying no more than 50.00 i went through all of my emails and there was nothing mentioned that a specific date the money had to be paid by. also in all of my emails did langhorne starte "robin you need to have it in paid in full by this date or you will owe the full amount .

after many many years of playing with fire, i have decided to cut the apron strings known as payday loans. i have been in an out of this trap for close to 4 years now. i pay off, reloan, stop for a while, reloan...and so the cycle continues. i am in ohio.

and was registered and logged in but I can't get logged back in. The system keeps telling me my password is invalid - when I submit to have my password emailed to me - I never get the email. Any suggestions?
