How we accumulated debt? 21/2 years ago my husbands father died suddenly ad he owned a small country store. Well his wife, my husbands mother had adopted 3 children before this (all toddlers) and couldn't run the store. The bank was about to foreclose on her and she told my husband she would also loose her home. He decided to buy the store to help her and thought possibly it would be a successfull investment to our future. Well the bank we worked with was awful, the debt we accrued as we tried and tried and kept trying to make the store work (it was failing as his dad died) was huge.

Here's my status after the dust has somewhat settled: Payday USA- settled for 70% Paydayone- has not contacted me since November, but I'm paying them off in August anyway since they are legal in my state. 500fastcash- even after sending them a letter (per my state AG) and advising that I have overpaid and demanding a refund...they STILL call my work and home daily.

Can anyone tell me the names and numbers of the 4 major ACH Processors??

I have sent a email for contact information to the Florida Attorney Generals office. Once I receive input,I will post an announcement in the collector's board with procedures to contact them. I want them so swamped with well documented complaints that they will have no choice but to step in & open their investigation to nail them. :lol: :lol:

My sister is having her wages garnished for medical bills. What is the max that they can take from her check? Would she be better off claiming head of household since she has two small children and only gets child support from one of the father's and nothing to this date court ordered from the second? She is planning on filing for bankrutpcy as she has no other choice and other bills that have piled up because of the reduced income due to the garnishment, they are taking I believe 25% of her income each check, does that sound right? Something like $260.00 every two weeks.

I have several in store payday loans and several online loans. My in store loans are with Check n go, First Cash Advance, and Cash America. I have online PDL with 500 Fast Cash, United Cash Loans, Payday One, and Cashnet USA. I have dug such a deep hole I don't know where to start. Please help

I live in Texas and have several payday loans. Some are store front and some online. I have loans with Check n go, First Cash Advance, Cash America and the online companies are Payday one, CashNet USA, United Cash Loans, 500 Fast Cash. I have read lots of threads but I am still unsure of a good starting point. These fees are eating me up. I would appreciate any help and suggestions. Thanks.

My husband and I are in real estate development. We look to have a promising year, but for the 1st time ever have not paid our bills this month. We owe over 100K. We have secured and unsecured debt that we can not handle for probably 3-4 months. Thank you.

[font=Arial][/font][size=3][/size] Hello, i have two pdl's at two small store front a-z cash for 1,000...they own 3 stores in three diff. Cities in texas. I took out the loan about 5 months ago, then our water pump went out on our truck which ended up costing us 250.00 to replace, i was unable to pay the rollover for that month so i stopped my debit card, so they could not debit the 200.00 out they needed for that month.
