As before the two companies are ameriloan and starcashprocessing and they both are calling saying there is a civil judgement and criminal for fraud, so I wanna know what is the worst that could happen and will I go to jail, cause I don't wanna go to jail and am really worried and is causing me so much stress that I dont need could you please respond

I took out a loan from western Sky in April of 2012 for $1,500.00. They took $500 for processing fees. I started paying them 198. for the past 6months. what do i do. Do i continue paying or stop since I live in NY.
