A CA I owe sent me a settlement offer that I am interested in, however I would like to have all records they made on my credit report delted. Can I send a check with a note on the back (above where they would endorse) that says you "By cashing this check, you agree to the terms set forth in the letter enclosed with the check"? And then generate a letter which basically demands them to remove any remarks made in my credit report if they decide to cash the check? Can I do this, or would there be some problem? Also is it ok to send a personal check to a CA?

Have a question...Morgan & Pottinger are representing Midland Funding.They say I owe them money-I already told them I paid it.They are investigating it-But they already have in place a bank garnishment and lien on property already in place until they investigate it. My attorney wants to charge me the same amount to take care of it and it is just as much as the debt the creditors say I owe. Wonder if they say I still owe it b/c the investigation proved me wrong...Is it too late to make arrangements to pay it so they won't go through any garnishments or liens?

Hello - I need some help getting dog food coupons again. I found out that it works again after 6 months, and that there's a second site that you can also get 2 coupons from. Each site only lets you print 2 coupons every 6 months. The food I have to feed my pug boy is super expensive, and now with gas prices and such I can't afford to pay full price for the food. It would cost me over $120 a month to feed him without coupons. He has food allergies, and can't just eat anything. So, if anyone could be kind enough to help me, you can print coupons off of their website.

I got a call this morning from a collector for my American Express Account that is currently past due in the amount of 12,000 and I was telling him that I wanted to make arrangements with AE to stop the interest so that I could pay it off monthly but he said that they won't deal with me and that they won't even talk to a credit counseling or Management company should I use one. Does anyone know if this is true??? I really need some help here and don't know what to do...any suggestions is greatly appreciated. Thankyou...

i have 2 loans webpayday 750 paid 1000 paydayonline 500 paid around 650 i read the guidlines on the state where they are located at and it said that there is no maximum loan apr for both of these. i spoke with the state of TN (which is where i am located at) and they said i have to go buy the states laws where they are licensed at. do these 2 people even have a license? i have defaulted on these and i have a payment arragment set up. should i pay them or not. thank you and sorry for all of my misspelling

webpayday and payday online. i saw that there state had no maximum apr. i have defaulted on these and have paid well over the amount i borrowed what are my options. payday online was 750 and have paid 1200. webpayday was 500 and paid 600. i checked with my states guidelines and i have to refer to where the company is licsened at. are these 2 even licensed anywhere?

I just rec'd a call from Legal Mediation Process for E-Payday loan. The lady starts off by saying that if I do not pay the $526.00 today that they will come to my work and I better get a lawyer. Or they will come and serve me at my home. Ask for there number and they said I didn't need there # since e-payday gave me plenty of chances. I told them not to call me at work it was against the law. I had another customer come in at work and told them I could not talk. They said well you better ask them to wait and take the time to talk to me or you will be getting a lawyer.

I OWE ABOUT 4,000 IN UNSECURED DEBT SINCE MY HUSBAND LOST HIS JOB AND MY MOTHER GOT ILL I HAVE FELL WAY BEHIND ON MY CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS. HOW DO I CONSOLIDATE THEM? MOST OF THE FEES I OWE ARE LATE FEES NOW.
