Received info from credit monitoring co. that CITIBANK USA,NA/CCSM has opened a new acct. in my name. This is not true. Please take measures to cancel.

i just wanted to write and tell you that cashnetusa and magnum cash advance have respected my email only contact request and they have sent me payment arrangements.i only have to pay the principal with magnum which i was surprised thats all the requested.i have not heard from geneva roth yet one click cash did leave me a message on my call phone saying to contact them so i wont get charged more fees at least i think it was them the name they left ive never heard of before.thank you so much for all the advice ive gotten here.it has eased my mind a little bit

Can anyone recommend a reputable company for debt consolidation in WA?

Hello, I would just like to get some input on our situation. We owe quite a bit on our credit cards, about 25,000 :( We aren't behind on any payments, but making the payments is stretching us pretty hard. We had to short-sell our house so our credit will be damaged, unfortunately. I have been looking at debt consolidation programs and it seems like a good idea. If we did that we would close all our credit cards, of course, so we wouldn't have the same problem again.

Hi Folks, I sent Nationwide a letter telling them that they were no longer permitted to call me on any of my phone numbers. I sent it certified return receipt, and in the letter clearly indicated that I will continue to pay the original debt (Amex). I knew they had received it only 2 days after I sent it, but today I have the return receipt in hand. What should I do now? They called my home number twice today and at least twice on my cell. I haven't answered, cause I'm not sure how to handle this. Thanks in advance.
