I have a payday loan that I had took out 2 years ago and completely forgot a about and I willing to pay the loan back but this guy keeps calling me and saying he is pressing charges and I am going to jail and threatning to send someone to my job to arrest me and calling my work and cell number and home at least 10-15 times aday and I don't know what to do about it please give me some answers. they are out of california and he says it it called sonic payday thank you brenda

Allied Interstate.this company is for some reason taken a $100 of my account, i notice this today 07-03-08. i called my bank and they can not stop this because is done with my debit card number. i have no idea how they got this info. plus they have call in the past , and they are the most rude people i know. what can i do. i'm sick of this, and emotionally is just the worst. what can i do? help!!!

I decided that i wanted to d debt settlment. I was going to go wiht Superior but then read about debtxpert. After visiting his site I learned that because I have only $1200o in debt i dont qualify for his program but should do it myslef. However i have seen debt coaching programs such as zipdebt and am wondering about those. I am not the most aggressive person in the world nor do i know the ins and outs of cc settlment. It would be nice to have some help, advice and a listening ear through the process..

Hi, I recently tried to do a balance transfer onto an old Capital One credit card that we had. It was denied, and I emailed asking what the reason was, and never rec'd a response. I was curious because the credit limit was 15,000. So I decided to try one of those different ones that come in the mail every single day. We have excellent credit so far, but things are kinda getting hard with gas prices and the price of everything going up. Anyways, we noticed that the balance on the discover card was $0. I again went to the Capital one site and asked if it went thru.

I have payday loans through the following storefronts.... Check N Go $500 Advance America $500 Check Exchange $500 Check Into Cash $500 KY Fast Payday Lending $470 All of these PDL are current (I have one from Checksmart that is not currrent and these people are currently the bane of my exsistence). I would like to get out of the cycle. I called the T & C Corp I read about here and they stated that they cannot help me due to Kentucky law. I'm debating about calling one lender at a time and requesting the repayment plan--paying that one loan off and then moving onto the next one.

I as well have a Mary Johnson from Cap Collections in gulfport calling and faxing to a work public fax drummed up copies of a police warrant she keeps saying she is going to submit if i dont payoff in 48 hours ... she leaves long rude messages whichi i refuse to respond back to other then email ... the police copies do not look real to me and are all off line and mistyped i told her she was out of line on her policys but that made her worse

What do debt consolidation people need to consolidate...do they need bank statements and all that to prove you have no money?

In the message it said I am in possession of your application for a cash advance. You do qualify for one of our programs and would like to discuss this with you please contact me at 888-257-7524. I immediately replied and said please discard of my application and that they shouldn't be offering loans to Maryland residents. He then replied back saying actually that is not true. Maryland can and DC can not.
