Hello, I was on this site a few months ago, and with some advise was able to negotiate with PayDayOne and am halfway through paying that off, and with my stimulus check, I paid off another one. I had a 3rd that I was going to work on paying. Well, unfortunately, since that time, there have been several things that have gone wrong with my family and having no one to turn to, I had to take out another payday loan, and then when my bills were getting to be more than my paycheck, I took out another. Next thing I know, I have 4 new payday loans.

I have just been told by Elite Financial Services that if I don't pay $405.00 today they will start proceedings on Monday. He said they would fax my employer. What does this mean?

Hello--I have an opportunity to settle w/BOA on a $6200 account for 50%. Second option is that BOA will approve me into a 0% apr program. The account is/has been -90 day cycle for the past year or so. I have a few other misc debts w/collection agencies (4 other accounts ~$600-$1000), and have a fairly bad credit score (high 500's-very low 600 range).

I sent out my cd letter by email with the ACH revocation and the rest of the stuff. I received a phone call from them today. I sent the letter out yesterday, so they called me anyways. And I received this response to the email I sent them, received this this morning: We have received your documents or request. Please call customer service if you have any further questions at 1-800-640-1295.

I need to know which SOL the collection agency can use against me. I bought a car in 1997 in louisiana and my car was repossessed in 1998. I currently reside in Maine. The SOL in LA is 10 and in Maine is 20. I have no plans to pay after all these years. I just need some advise on what to do?? Please help. The collection agency has been calling on a regular basis....

I've seen this company name come up a lot... most recently a question from 'quiche' was posted concerning them taking money from her current bank account. Thought I'd share my recent situation...
