My Mom recently passed away. She owed $98,000 on her home and $17,500 on a truck. I turned the truck and the home back over to the creditors. The house is now in foreclosure. Mom did have morgtage insurance on the home The truck was sold at auction for $7500 . The truck has now been turned over to a collection agency. Am I responsible for these debts? My name is not on any of these loans. But I am the trustee of her estate.

i have the following payday loans and would like to know how to get rid of them. I have read post and will call my bank to put a hard ACH hold on debits immediately. Crown lending - $150 Arrowhead Investment - $200 VC Funding - $300 CAN - $300 i don't even know who they are USFastCash - $400 paychecktoday - $500 internet funding - $200 UCA Advance - $100 Advantis Financial - $300 I pay $800-$900 a month in fees for these companies, please help fast!!!!

Question:

Took out a Apple Fast Cash loan on 10/2007. I closed my checking account that was associated with this loan because they wouldn't make payment arrangements unless my account was in default. Once this happened they still wouldn't and turned my account over to collections. Before sending it to a collection agency they added on about 400 worth of fee's (extension/rollover fee's) I have been trying to get a debt validation letter from both Apple and the collection agency so far no luck. I filed a complaint with the BBB and AG in both my home state and the collection agency/Apple's states.

I am owed over $25,000 in back child support for my 16 year old son ... his father hasn't paid in YEARS but is working now. ASSUMING that he's getting a stimulus check, will it come to me instead of him? Or does anyone know where to find out?

Hi, I recieved a summons from a law office on 4-8-08. I answered the summons on 4-25-08....asking them for proof of the debt. Since then, I've yet to hear anything from the law firm, or the court. Any advice? Can I file a motion to dismiss? Or should I just wait it out? Thanks!

Does anyone have an example of a letter they've written to a legit PDL saying you were going to pay the principal? Cashnet USA is legal and licensed in my state and I want to pay them what I owe them, but I want it in writing. Thanks!
