think i am finaly getting out of my depression and am ready to fight again..let things go a few months and did absolutly nothing about my pdls. am receiving emails saying i can pay them with my rebate check. then started receiving phone calls from a guy named scott miller. heavy accent and threatening. either i or my attorney need to call him immediately. does not identify who what agency he is calling from. tried to google and found one person that received a call from the same number. tried looking number up on this site with no success. am debating whether to call them back..

Received phone call from allied interstate...they didn't want to give me any info. about what the call was regarding...so I googled and saw they're known for harassing debtors...I just made a pymt. today on the acct. they were referring to. I told them to NEVER call me again...am I within in my rights as I prepare to consolidate my debt?

Well, here we go.. my bank denied my pdl debits.... They are being very difficult about putting a block on my account (who knows why), but Im so far in the red that it'll be closed within days.. 500FastCash sent me an email, stating they regret to inform me my debit was not processed. And called my job.... usfastcash - called my job today.. can't call me since my phone is still disconnected.. still playing catch up with the bills... Nationwide - nothing yet FastBucksNow(payday flash I think) - nothing YET... Going to send out my cease and desist letters.

Does anyone know anything about Century Bank in Texas?

So I sent out DV letters to NCO, Hilco Receivables, and Unifund on the 20th of last month (arrived on the 23rd) Suprisingly, NCO responded the account was closed (woot) I pulled my CR this morning and noticed somethings that I believe are fdcpa and Texas Finance Code violations and I just want to verify. Hilco made no notation on my CR that it was in dispute and has updated this month. I believe that would be 2 violations correct? In may, unifund had only reported to Transunion. This was before the DV letter so it is understandable.
