Okay, I did the first step and closed my bank account. Currently it is in overdraft and I have a hard freeze on it to prevent anything from coming through. Can someone please provide me with a copy of the letter to send to these people? Here is who I have: MyCashTime - Original Loan $500 - have paid way over. Been paying extension fee for at least 6 months, I will have to go back and check.

ALW Sourcing called me recently and stated they were attempting to collect an old debt. I was alarmed when I answered the telephone and they asked for me by my maiden name...I've been married for over 20 years! The agency stated that they were trying to collect on a debt that I owed dating back to the mid 80's! I assured them I that I had satisfied the debt and I that I periodically run a credit report and this has never shown up. They gave me all the reasons why it wouldn't. They also told me that I would need to find where I had paid the account off.

So! I did some more double checking and Cashnet (I think) is wrong! They say my account was funded on June 16th 2008 and on June 30th a payment of $75 is due or pay the loan in full. We NEVER received any funding on June 16th. I checked the account records. On June 16th Cashnet attempted to debit the account $75 but I blocked it. I knew it was a reason I didn't recognize the transaction! So I called cashnet and they said the loan was funded on June 16th...only it was NOT! Me nor my hubby receied any funds from cashnet usa on the 16th or ever! Now here is the tricky part.

Has anyone heard of 1st National? They left me a message telling me that they are willing to do a settlement with me and if I call them today, there is a bonus. Has anyone heard of them or know what their "bonus" is?

Just got a call from these people, the phone number is (800)969-4523. Can't seem to find anything about them? Has anyone ever heard of them?

I have just had a bill collector from Customer Services Inc. tell me the only way to pay off debt is through ACH. Can I just ignore that and pay by money order? I have no desire to have these idiots in my checking account. Help?

There is a judgement on my credit report from a creditors attorney but they were included in my bankruptcy. I call the court house because I was never served-they stated there was nothing pending against me and when I explained that it was included in my bankruptcy, the court told me to contact the attorney that filed and they could assist -she gave me his number, which I called. Now this attorney who represented American General Finance told me he can't take it off, I would have to call my bankruptcy attorney to get it taken care of.

I checked my credit score about 4 months ago and my score was getting close to 600, I filed bankruptcy about 4 years ago but have established credit ever since. I have had all my bills paid, never any lates for 3 and 1/2 years. Now I go and pay one of my credit cards on-line and it asks if I want to know what my credit score is for free-my credit card company giving this too me from their website as a valued customer. It said 425, what nothing has changed on my credit report in 4 months. The only thing is that my balances on my credit cards are high but they have been that way before then.

anyone have any luck working with these two internet payday lenders. I live in Texas and i am having problems deciphering the state law pertaining to internet lenders not licensed in Texas. I have Bank of America and i have not been able to close account yet due to pending transaction. Has anyone had any luck get a ACH block with them. Thanks
