I have 2 internet payday loans to get off my back nhcash/nhcashsilver and cashnet my bank put a block on my account but it is only for debits and temporary, can be removed whenever I please. I emailed the 'manager' at nhcash and she said I could pay with moneygram but then today i get another email saying they are debiting my account in 5 days per my master promissoty note signed. I gave my bank copies of the ach revoking letters I sent both companies and I reissued the letter to both companies just now. Anyone have a fax number for them?

I need help with pdl I have 5 and the calls are rolling in I don\'t know whether to go with pdl assistance its 200.00 to sign up and 235.00 a month for 12 months. I don\'t like confrontations, so I don\'t like to have to talk with these people or call them. Can anyone help thanks

I live in TN and took a loan out in 2005 which defaulted for NSF… I was young and very irresponsible but the other day I received a call from Delanore Kimper- Ace Cash Express threatening to issue a warrant for my arrest. Saying it was Theft by deception. Yes I owe the loan but times were hard and I can make small payment arrangements. I just need to make sure I can’t be put in jail for this! I'm a single mom tying to make it! Any information will help! Thanks

Hi Everyone, Does anyone know what pay day company Legal Mediation Practice collects for? They called me and told me I "would be arrested" blah blah, we all know the routine these guys pull. But for some reason they would not tell me what company they are collecting for? Anyone know from past experiences?

I just googled the mailing address for ameriloan and came across a website for "MNE." MNE=Miami Nation Enterprises They have a collection company, a graphic design company, a movie theater and a couple other businesses. I wonder if these payday loan companies (Ameriloan, MTE, etc.) are taking advantage of reservation sovereignty, which is why they've been allowed to operate under the radar for so long?

I am being sued for a debt which is now bought by a jdb. In my answer to my summons I said that I have never done any business with the plaintiff. He told me that I do not have a chance of defending myself and that I might as well sign the stipulation of settlement agreement that they sent me. i do feel that I didn't handle this properly from the beginning because I was unaware of my rights or how to defend myself. I have the stipulation agreement, I did not return it back but after hearing this I feel that I will lose anyway. Can someone here give me any advice.

does anyone know about this company? they have been harassing me for a while, calling my work, leaving threatening emails, threatening to have my wages garnished, send out a warrant for me, etc. i have tried to make payment arrangements, they want it all at once, i cannot do that, are these people legal? i am in texas. this is an online payday loan company, and they are unwilling to work with me, just threats. thanks for all help!

I spoke with someone at the Credit Union about doing a hard hold on my ach, but she said she had never heard of it. do Credit Unions work the same way that banks do on the hard hold achs. I really did not want to close my account and open another, but if it is the only way, then I will. I also have a pdl with Payday Yes, and SJM Marketing. Do you know anyting about ChechnGo? CACH was able to get a default judgement against me for about $3,000. I say 'about' because interest is still accruing. I only remember getting a copy of the lawsuit back in March 2007. I didn't respond to it because I was still broke. The motion for default judgment was entered in May 2007, and a certificate of judgement was issued in July 2007. Oops. Now, in June 2008 they are moving to garnish my 'property other than wages' (I'm self-employed). They have emptied my checking account (about $500). My hearing is in July. Is there anything I can or should do at this point?
