i have some pdl's. the problem i have is i am not sure of the exact date i began them i know i have paid a couple of hundred back no doubt more then i originally borrowed i have tried to e-mail some, but i am getting no response. I was going to call my bank and see if i can stop them from debiting. the 2 i am having troble with are Unitedcash and onestepcash Any info.?

My checking account has been WAY overdrawn now since May 27th, I'm still getting daily over draft fees and my bank is still allowing debits to try and come through (PDLS), how long can this go on?? At what point will they close it and stop the madness from adding up???

I was just contacted by an online payday lender (Cash Today) I used in 2005. I originally borrowed $279.00, now they say I owe them $2046.00 because they have charged me $79 every two weeks since June 2005. I remember that they deducted $79 from my account for their fees every two weeks when I first took the loan. This went on for weeks because I couldn't afford to pay them in full. I closed that account years ago. Now they're calling me at my job and they say they will call my employer and have the amount deducted in full from my paycheck. What can I do to stop this?

Ok i need help i am going through a divcorce and my credit is really bad. I have credit cards that have not been paid, old cell phone bills not paid and to make it worse My two cars got repoed right after i deployed. I need Guidance badly.

Its been a couple of days since I have been having problems with reading postings from other forums. For some reason when I try to read to the the posts, I miss out on the last couple of words on each line and I cannot make the right column slimmer so I can read the whole line of the post. Am I the only one having this problem? How can I fix it?

Not sure if this is the right place to post this: I have 3 old debts, they were opened in 2001 and I have not made a payment since. Should I add them and give them to my debt consolidating company to start repaying them. They haven't contacted me. I live in upstate ny.

ok, so back in February I started dealing with ACH transfers/pay day loans. I have two left..what kind of steps do I need to take with the last two? they are: the cashspot.com and achloan.com . I am in Ohio...I am going to my bank tomorrow to stop payment and ask for processor names. What do I do after that? Please help...I've overpaid by alot, I think Kevin
