I have been dealing with a company that has been harassing me since March. I am not going to go into details as I am afraid they look at these sites but if you would like to know what I did just send me a PM and I will send you the email I shot off to the PDL co., Processor and the state agencies. I received replies from all 3 and for the first time I feel like I have leverage on these illegal scums that I overpaid. Trust me it was one of the worst PDL co. out there.

I got a summons what do I do now? AMEX and the lawyer say I owe them money. The account is not mine but has my name and social security number on it. What to do to fight this?? Thank you.

Trying to get any good information on this. Long story short, my company has been advertising with the local phone company Yellow Pages for several years. About 2 years ago, I realize they had basically "changed" my phone number by not continuing an advertising tracking number they established for my company. So, I lost a lot of business. Long story short, I had to stop paying them for the bill and stacked up what they claim to be over 15,000 in debt. They've been hitting me with collection companies for almost a year now. As of late, I'm getting calls and mail from a law firm OUT of state.

I know alot of people have gotten their stimulus checks, however I have not yet and have heard 4 diffent stories from the IRS devils, and I am fuming.... :twisted: I was talking with the clerk at the gas station I go to everyday and she hasn't gotten hers either. It is maddening...

Hi. I have an existing payday loan with "Arrowhead Investments." I live in NY and the original amount borrowed was $200. I have a full payoff balance of $260, due on June 25th. Here's my situation: Shortly after receiving this loan, I had two other unauthorized debits out of my checking account, which I am currently disputing with the fraud/ach claims dept with my bank.

Does anyone know of any health insurance companies that will except persons with pre-existing conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes etc? I am searching for a company whose premiums are not too expensive. Trying to find such a company is like looking for a needle in a haystack?
