do u work with call centers . how much u pay if ppl refer u some one

I presently have six loans out. All of them are from store front orginizations in Ohio. I'm one of those folks that borrows from one to pay another. It must stop. I am spending emormous amounts to keep from paying the balance in full. Money I simply don't have. What is the best approach to breaking the cycle of the store front PDL?

I currently owe Chase $15,825 and am 7 months behind on my payments. I spoke with them this morning & they are scheduled to charge off my account at the end of this month. They offered me a settlement at $7500 (47%). I told them that I need to think about it. I really wanted to get down to 40% or $6330. However, after reading a lot of posts about Chase, I am starting to think I should just take their offer. Should I call back & try to get it to 40% or should I "not rock the boat" and be grateful what they offered?

I currently owe $6090 to First National Bank of Omaha and am 7 months behind on my payments. I received a letter from them stating that they are going to charge off my account at the end of this month. I called them this morning to see about doing a settlement. They told me that because I only had the account under a year that they were unable to offer me a settlement. I have had my account with them for 9 months. I told them that I cannot afford the $6K but they refused to work with me. I told them that I would deal with the CA then.

It looks nice !! But it isn't working for me !! Just sayin'. :?

500 FAST CASH CONTACTED ME RECENTLY ABOUT PAYIGN THEM 430 FOR MY LOAN OF 250. I HAVE ALREADY PAID 75 IN FEES, BUT THE LAST TRANSACTION WAAS RETURNED AND THEY ADDED THAT PLUS A 30 RETURN FEE TO THE AMOUT OF 250. IS THAT WHAT I OWE THEM?

Chase credit card is less than 60 days past due, approximately $9000. I just received a phone call saying that the account has been moved to their pre-litigation department. Normally it stays there for 35 days, but I can get extensions for up to 4 months (I think). They say that after that if the account has not been brought current, it will move to the litigation department and they will file suit. Then if they win the judgment, our property could be liened and wages attached, etc. I can't bring the account current, and even if I could, I wouldn't be able to keep the account current.

SINCE MY LAST FEE WAS RETURNED, THEY ADDED THAT TO THE 325 PLUS A 30 RETURNED CHECK FEE.IF I DON;T PAY IT NOW, THEY SAID THAT INTEREST AND FEES WILL CONTINUE TO BE ADDED TO THE AMOUNT. IS THIS CORRECT/LEGAL?

A Mrs. Clark from, she states the law office of Norman Kalina left a voicemail message stating that since I wasn't taking care of my debt owed to PayCheck Today that she has no other choice but to file litigation against me and that she can also call the DMV and gt my drivers license suspended and garnish my wages. At the end of the call she states I will give you until 5:00pm to call this office or we will go forward with the DL suspension and litigation with our attorney. Isn't it a violation to state they are a law office and in fact they are ACA Recovery Debt Collection Agency?
