Trapped! Please help. I won't bore you with the reasons why I took out the loans, but I need off this treadmill ASAP! I am sinking. I have bad credit, cannot get a loan and no family members or friends can help. Here are the facts: I reside in Texas (and did at the time of loans) All my PDLs are via internet. And they debit the int out of my checking two times a month. My acct is now in the negative $454.

I am so ashamed! I panicked and took out another payday loan over the net and now I don't know what to do. I had to close one bank account before and now they just keep taking money out of my new account because I was stupid and got into pdl land again. I thought it was with mypayday but the notice I got said SDS and I don't know who they are. I don't have enough to make any extra payments on it and it just keeps 'renewing' at $60 every two weeks.

I want to Know can I pay the original creditor on mt debt??? or do I have to pay the collection agency that bought it ??? I rather deal with the og creditor than the CA.
