How does consolidating work? Can you only consolidate your credit cards or can you include your vehicles in that? Does it make your payments go down or does it make your interest go down or the amount you owe or the time to pay it off. Just starting to research this a little more and would love some pointers....thanks

How can I get my avatar to stay the same? Sometimes it shows up a female, sometimes a male. I am a female and would like for it to at least reflect that. I put my picture in on the community photo, but I can't figure out how to make that show on my postings. Any help is appreciated.

Hey Suebee, since you are the Ebay queen...can you tell me if kid's clothes sell better on Ebay or at a garage sale. I want to have a garage sale but my husband is adament about me putting the stuff on Ebay. They are slightly worn and I know that my daughter's good dresses would do better on Ebay, though I don't quite feel like I know fully what to do in order to put them on Ebay, but just regular clothes, Ebay or garage sale???

We try to buy a walmart gas card every payday. If you have a gift card you receive an extra 3 cents per gallon off. Most of the time they are cheaper, but not always. Also Grocery outlets such as Randalls and Krogers give you a discount based upon how much money you spend in groceries. Usually we get 10 cpg off...that helps too. One other thing I have learned is that if you transfer your prescriptions to Krogers, you get $20 per transfer in free groceries. Up to $60 per month. That helps A LOT!!! Just a couple of suggestions

If I have a debt collector on multiple violations and have a strong case, can they counter-sue me? I plan on taking this one to small claims court, I sent them a validation letter and they never responded but threatened me in all 3 letters, saying they would sue me, take my car or whatever else they could. I have about 13 other fdcpa violations but no FCRA violations. So can they counter-sue me for anything such as the alleged debt or anything else?

I had been trying to email discount advances, and all I received back was undeliverable messages. So, yesterday morning I faxed them all my paperwork, Revoke ACH, Wage Assignments, C&D. Also attached a copy of of the complaint I filed with the AG. So last night I was going through everything again and decide to check on my accounts to just see if any of them just went away since I let them all know what I was doing. I tried to log on to my discount advances loan and now I can not at all. I still not have offically defualted on this loan. My payment is not due until 6/10.

I received letters from the PA AG office for the PDLs I complained were illegal and I didnt owe them anything...they assigned an agent and file#. Should I be calling the agent or will they call me? Anyone know how they work?

:x i am so aggravated with pinnacle financial .they call multiple times a day and basically threaten if you tell them dont call.i dont owe them anything its for someone else and i told them this not the number,and they still call .they need to be stopped.they are rude and unprofessional.
