New Account open, ready to close old...questions

Okay - our new account is open and we are ready to start using it. My old account is still open as well...though there is nothing in it. My husband's direct deposit will go in it this week though because his payroll dept. had not stopped it yet. So - what exactly do I request for this account? I know if I don't do something MTE will hit it at the same time as direct deposit.

Cross Referencing Credit Reports

Is there any way to get information added onto a credit report? This is why I ask. I have 4 accounts with a lender and they report all 4 of them but only to Experian. Is there anyway to get the positive accounts added to Equifax and Transunion? I asked the lender but they said they only report to Experian. I also have another account which had 8 accounts all positive that only reported to one agency.

I had 5 PDLs. With everyone's help this is where I'm at right now. Ameriloan: I sent them a C&D letter and told them I'm willing to pay the principal amount. Which I still owed them I think the whole amount. I never recieved anything from them. But then today I logged in to my account on the website and it states: PAID IN FULL Welcome xxxxxxxx Application Number: xxxxxxxxx Congratulations! Your loan has been: Paid in Full on 05-14-2008 You now have the option to get another loan!* You may even qualify for additional funds!

I had a MBNA cc that had a 11k ballance, I started using Superior Debt to consolidate my debts, well MBNA didn't want to play so they finally sent it to arbitration, I lost that, then it went to court where I had to agree to pay the debt. They MBNA lawyer gave me a number to call to make payment arrangements, when i did we agreed upon me paying 2k upfront and then $200 monthly payments. Well after about 4 months of this, I get a phone call from a different guy at Mann Bracken telling me they want to make an offer to let me pay my debt off for $7000.
