I have been working on repairing my credit report for over a year and this is not an easy task :( I have verified to credit bureaus that some were paid by sending them a copy of my check and they say they can't use that. In one case, I sent a copy of where I paid it and still have a year of deragatory remarks, all those months it had been paid but no one will remove the remarks. I have disputed a doctor bill that isn't mine, never been there, have no idea who it is but they say it's been verified, but don't tell me how it was verified.

ok guys listen up i called bank of America they connected me to rjm. i told them the account was closed.. and no debits are on it... i sat and argued with rjm .. then the representative said so you're not gonna pay this i said nope.. the next thing was she said account will be closed im stunned so we shall see.. another is.. the one spirit.. i have to mail them a copy of the mo .. case closed

I'm going to be losing my internet this week, due to the fact its included in my phone bill, and I'm letting my phone bill go, so I can start chopping away at these PDLs, I would like to at least have dial up, I know that sucks, I remember--- but I must be able to stay in contact with all of you:) Can anyone suggest a low cost internet for me to use in for a while???

what can you do about rjm? both accounts were paid in full!

Has anyone else dealt with Vincent P. Cignarelle? I had several problems with the company that turned me over to them. They called and harassed me at work. I finally got them to stop doing that but then they turned me over to these people. I also have had several hundreds of dollars added to my account for refinancing fee's. I tried to get the original creditor to give me a debt validation form and they hung up on me but before they hung up they told me all info was sold and they had nothing. V P Cignarelle said they dont have any payment history on the pay day loan. Please help!

I just have to get this all under control once and for all. Today I contact PDL Assistance ans I am really thinking about going that route, but I read here I can do it on my own. Don't want you to think I am lazy, but I can not spend hours a day while I am working on the phone with these companies. I have made all my payments on time but it really is getting to be too much. Also the embarassment of these guys calling my boss or family members would really be too much. Already feel like a loser. Anyway I have listed my loans below. I pay them twice a month.

I just went and checked my mail and my contract from Town & Country Acceptance Corp. just arrived. I wish I could send the money this very second, but I have to wait until my next payday, Hey any of you that have used T & C before, looking at the contract some of the payments seem a little low, did most of your creditors take that or did they ask for more? I was thinking of asking T & C to pay a lot more on the PDLS, I just want that nightmare over with as fast as possible.

My husband and I are in a dire situation.... We need $500 in 5 days. I don't know what to do except try to sell the possessions we have on Craigslist as fast as we can, but honestly, I don't think we have $500 worth of stuff here. (we are only 21 and haven't had much time to accumulate possessions) I don't want to get an advance payment because I am trying to stop this cycle ASAP.

Has anyone heard of this Internet PDL and are they legal? I am in Ohio. Thanks so much!
